Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is helping a top automobile manufacturer to set up a Used Tractor platform where we are partnering with existing used tractor dealers and helping them scale their business. They aim to help the dealers in end-to-end operations (sales, procurement, documentation, financing etc.) in exchange for a service fee and also help the farmers by providing them enhanced buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard RTO agents and maintain a network across the state to enable documentation of tractors across all used tractor dealers.
2. Track real-time progress for documentation cases and intervene as and when needed.
3. Meet new tractor dealers at regular intervals to identify good quality exchange tractors that can be purchased, and maintain relationships with all new tractors within their territory.
This project would require full-time support for a duration of 5 months.
Location: Nashik, Pune/Ahmednagar, Solapur
1. Operations executive to have a good network of RTO agents on the ground, 3-4 yrs of experience in the tractor industry
2. Previous experience in Tractor Industry with OEMs (Mahindra, Sonalika, TAFE, etc.) or Tractor Finance (eg Mahindra Finance, L&T Finance, etc.)
3. Should be well versed in the used tractor industry.
