Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with an SME/Consultant who can create a database for colleges and university

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a database for 25000 colleges -23K Indian & 2K International :
a. For each college there would be about 15 data fields to be compiled - available on
individual university websites & existing college aggregators
b. For various courses offered by the college, ~10 data fields to be compiled -
available on individual university websites & existing college aggregators ;
the requirement to also create a summary view of ~30 major courses (MBA,
Engineering etc) from the college level course view
c. Refreshability of this content on a periodic basis ( 3 to 6 months)
2. Create a country level page for 6 prominent study abroad geographies- 10 data
fields for each country to be compiled- available on individual country education
websites/existing college aggregators
3. Articles /blogs on important study abroad & domestic education topics – a
repository of 50 articles to begin with
4. Timeline: By October 2021

Note:
a. Cost estimates on a per college/ per course/per article level are expected (given the large scope)
b. Also helpful to get costs broken down into a one-time dump vs recurring basis (for refreshing content)

This is a remote-based project.

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in creating large scale databases for clients is a must.
2. Hands-on experience of using Excel and other tools to extract data from various sources
3. Good communication skill
4. Ability to present complex data in simplified form
