Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Plant Operations Consultant from the Pharma Industry who can support them in the end to end implementation of process improvement strategies across multiple plants.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Work with the senior plant management team to chart out the implementation plan
2. Identify key resources needed and provide the direction for meeting the project objectives
3. Ensure that operations and key processes based on lean manufacturing practices are followed.
4. Conduct post-activity reviews and recommend changes as necessary to increase program effectiveness
5. Prioritising improvement areas and working with the stakeholders to size potential impact and develop an implementation plan
6. Overseeing implementation of select improvement initiatives

NOTE: This project will be based in Mumbai and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.

Skills Required

1. Postgraduate preferred, with 10+ years of work experience in the pharma industry
2. Prior experience in carrying out plant activities in Pharma
3. Understanding of pharma plant tools and technicalities
4. Strong people skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
