Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant who will be;
-Responsible for successful technical delivery and implementation of CRM and DMS
-Demonstrates a strong and innovative problem-solving approach, effectively communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Serves as an inspirational technical leader, collaborating closely with business teams and driving successful implementation of CRM & DMS solutions
-Supervise vendors and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable CRM and DMS solutions, while maintaining quality standards

Key Responsibilities:
i) Develop an in-depth understanding of internal systems and define the system architecture and integrations with internal (like SAP etc) and external systems (like
Tally etc,) to anticipate issues with existing processes and new functionalities
ii) Drive Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator implementations at HR Johnson overseeing successful deployment, integration and adoption
iii) Manage setup and configuration of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator environments, ensuring proper segregation of development, testing, and production environments
for efficient testing and deployment of customizations and enhancements
iv) Lead data migration process for Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator implementations, including data mapping, data extraction, data modelling & transformation, and data
import, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to new Zoho platforms
v) Collaborate with cross-functional team to advise on the technical feasibility to help define business requirements to develop and implement to-be workflows for Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
vi) Work closely with Zoho support and implementation partners to solve core technical design issues during implementation
vii)Identify and resolve issues by actively engaging in bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, ensuring smooth operation and
optimal performance of the systems during and post-implementation
viii) Manage long-term technical delivery roadmap and ensure timely completion of projects.
ix) Follow best technical practices for security, data migration, quality, integration and deployment and suggest improvements in new developments and anticipate
issues.

Skills Required

-BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
-8-10 years’ experience with 5+ years working directly on Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
-Hands on experience implementing and customizing Zoho products especially, Zoho CRM and Creator
-Demonstrated proficiency and familiarity with Zoho Flow, Zoho Reports, and Zoho Campaigns
-Prior experience in integrating Zoho with other third-party systems and working with vendors for the implementation
-Prior experience of leading tech teams and vendor relationships
-Good understanding of API integrations, Deluge
-Prior hands-on coding experience in Python, Javascript, Angular, React / as a Zoho developer
-Working in an agile environment (i.e., user stories, iterative development, etc.)
