Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant. The end client is a leading tile manufacturing company in India, having operated successfully for over 65 years. Currently, it is on a multiyear journey to transform its sales process and is engaging 3rd party vendors to implement CRM and dealer management systems.
The Technical Project Manager will play a central role as a thought leader and coordinator between the client company and third-party vendors.

Core responsibilities include:
i) Drive end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM and Zoho creator for dealer management system working closely with Zoho to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
ii) Collaborate with internal stakeholders/cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design system solutions, and ensure seamless integration and data migration
iii) Understand existing systems architecture and processes to guide the implementation
iv) Drive change management activities, including training and support, to facilitate user adoption and maximize value from new initiatives
v) Promote best practices in technical architecture and project management and drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
vi) Provide a highly practical technical problem-solving approach that balances the need to get a solution out the door quickly with the need to ultimately scale the solution and produce with minimal technical debt
vii) Form and lead cross-functional project teams, setting clear goals and providing guidance to team members

Skills Required

Must have:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 10-15 years’ experience working in professional services or a customer-facing (Fortune 500, Global 1000 preferred) technical role with prior experience as a software developer
- 5+ years’ experience as project manager of a technical engineering or services team leading and implementing CRM and DMS solutions
- Prior work experience implementing Zoho
- Proven track record of working and delivering projects with cross-functional teams and managing vendors
- Aware of mobile development frameworks and databases, previous experience with driving integrations and data architecture preferred
- Able to provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to find creative, working technical solutions to difficult, complex problems
