Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
i) Design, and implementation of new systems to enhance their performance, reliability, and scalability
ii) Guide infrastructure and network-level security
iii) Monitor, manage and set up alerting for systems.
iv) Work with engineers to automate deployments and their configuration
v) Develop automation for internal customers and team use.
vi) Innovate using infrastructure-as-code tools like Azure Resource Manager to deploy on Azure.
vii) Maintain and improve the infrastructure that supports the Client Application.
viii) Develop and maintain Azure Policies and Roles to enforce least privilege.
ix) Maintain the connectivity between cloud and corporate infrastructure.
x) Global and Localization of Architecture implementation in DevOps Pipeline
xi) (Data Sovereignty - Region based implementation)
xii) Support development teams in their infrastructure needs and guide them in DevOps best
practices
xiii) Work with the team on optimizations to infrastructure footprint

Skills Required

- 6+ years of professional DevOps experience
- 5+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft Azure
- Azure cloud, hands on experience with AKS(Azure Kubernetes Service), managing AKS, managing App services, managing mongodb, cosmos db, terraform, azure devops, building and managing ci cd pipeline, network peering, infrastructure management, managing elastic and kibana
- Experience in cloud architectures, including web application, and database components Azure Storage and Azure Redis Cache.
- Experience developing automated processes using modern CICD platforms.
- Experience building solutions for cross-platform automation (Linux, MacOS, Windows).
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
- Autonomous, passionate individuals with experience across the stack.
-Experience working in high-scale environments.
- Experience deploying the Azure Database
- Experience working with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipeline or GitLab
- Experience achieving compliance and regulatory requirements when operating in Azure.
- Extensive experience with version control systems
- Like management, branching, merging, and integration strategies
- Hands-on experience in using build servers like Azure Build and Release Pipelines or Jenkins.
