Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm is looking for a consultant to build a dashboard to support a Financial Services business’ Investment Committee.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Build the dashboard according to the design and determination of metrics/graphs provided by the client
2) Create computer system and data visualization solutions to improve business processes
3) Bring together visualizations and create interactive applications for target audience
4) Create business intelligence reports, and attend feedback sessions to improve systems
5) Maintain data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information at a later date
6) Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues that arise

This project is for a duration of 3 months and the consultant will have to travel to Indonesia for the same, expenses to be managed by the client.

Skills Required

1) Good analytical skills is essential – to analyze the needs of the business or client
2) Must have good problem-solving skills – to solve any problems that arise during the development stage and find alternative ways around issues
3) Proven ability to create innovative solutions to business problems
4) Need to be self-motivated and have the initiative to find solutions and improvements to systems during prototyping and customer testing phases
5) Must be detail-oriented and able to spot inaccuracies in coding or data
6) Ability to work professionally with others is vital
7) Knowledge of the following is essential:
a) Business Intelligence Technologies – (Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
b) SQL Language – (SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server
Integration Services (SSIS))
c) Data Analysis Tools – (Online analytical processing (OLAP), ETL
frameworks)
