Our client is a leading financial services company. They are looking to engage with a consultant to lead operations.
1. Implementing and monitoring of Online Transactions
o Ensure that processing and processing of digital transactions happen in the desired fashion. This would include all the sub processes of smooth transaction processing like handling closure of unreconciled credits, handling direct credit rejection cases, closure of pending trnxs, liquid utilization process etc.
o Monitoring and ensuring seemly transaction processing across various platforms for accuracy and timeliness.
o Query resolutions
2. Adherence to Regulatory requirements
o Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for:
o Allotment of Units
o Processing of digital transactions
o NAV applicability
3. Supporting New Initiatives
o To support the building and implementation of new online and digital processes by liaising with CAMS, external vendors and internal IT team for basic requirements.
o Ensuring that the implementation is carried out properly by carrying out UAT
o Tracking the transaction to ensure expected behaviour
4. Vendor Management/Stakeholder Management
o To coordinate with multiple vendors like Bill Desk, CAMS and all other service providers
o Processing of invoices
o Ensure Vendors adhere to the laid down SLA
o Ensuring all customer issues are resolved in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the customer
