Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Supply Chain Management Expert having prior experience working for the SCM of Industrial goods, the FMCG sector, the Pharma sector, or the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities Include-

1. Demand forecasting
2. S&OP processes
3. Production planning
4. Logistics and Network planning
5. Assess the current supply chain management process in the organization and help the team to implement best practices for process improvement and efficiency.
6. Identify gaps in the supply chain and develop a strategy to optimize it - once the new configuration has been identified, implementation can be handled internally.

Note- This project requires full-time support for 1 year which can extend further. This is a remote project but might require some site visits.

Skills Required

- MBA from tier 1 colleges is a must
- Experience of SCM in the industrial goods sector is preferable.
- Experience in consulting projects, or a combination of experience in consulting and industry supply chain/logistics roles ( in a company buying SCM / L services from others, or from a company selling such services.)
-Experience with digital interventions – planning tools or analytics – is preferable.
