Assignment Details

Our client is a leading management consultancy. They are looking to engage with a consultant who can design and execute sales process for a Tyre manufacturing firm.

Key Responsibilities are:

1. Designing and executing sales processes working with various stakeholders
2. Troubleshooting bottlenecks in sales and transforming the growth rate
3. Identifying current and future market trends, needs and identifying growth needs
4. Assisting in developing conventional growth plans and tactics to maximize the
potential of business
5. Facilitating implementation of business plans and marketing
6. Identifying current and future market trends, needs and identifying growth needs
7. Driving analysis and assessment of the industry and specific markets, across
multiple dimensions
8. Market definition & key customer segments
9. Assessing Market size, split by category, growth projections, key players,
business models, channels
10. Key drivers for market growth

Note: This project will require extensive travel, pan India.

Skills Required

1. Previous experience in Tyre manufacturing industry, automobile industry is required
2. Prior work experience in Sales and Marketing
3. Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
4. Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis
5. Comfort with speaking to industry experts to validate hypotheses & points of
view as needed
