Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a pigment and specialty chemical manufacturer. To support their initiatives they are looking to engage with a Manufacturing/Operations consultant who can work with client team to drive the process excellence and cost optimization programme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Running cost optimization and savings programme efficiently
2. Ensuring plant to operate at optimal throughput
3. Understanding different utilities used in chemical plants
4. Problem solving and idea generation through workshops etc.
5. Drive and fast track implementation of ideas/initiatives, project management and
key stakeholder management.
6. Work with key stakeholders and develop an integrated project plan focused on
attaining the goals.
7. Troubleshoot problems and ensure the tasks are completed as per the schedule.
8. Monitor the progress of the project.
9. Incorporate data analytics and strategize the plan.

Note: This project is based of Pune, which requires full time support for a period of 3 months, with subject to extension.

Skills Required

1. Hands on experience of working with leading Pharmaceutical company in
Operations or Manufacturing domain.
2. Well versed with data analytics and strategy development.
3. Effective cost management experience.
4. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work in fast paced environment and quick decision making
