Assignment Details

We are looking for an expert to join our consulting team on an ongoing engagement for a plant transformation. The expert should have in depth understanding of lean manufacturing and automation.

Responsibilities include-
* Facilitating a detailed diagnostic of plant operations, including
- analysis of cost drivers, based on trends and benchmarks
- review of operations and key processes based on lean manufacturing practices
- analysing productivity across key processes
* Helping identify the key areas that need attention and conducting deep dive analyses into the same
* Prioritising improvement areas and working with the client to size potential impact and develop an implementation plan
* Overseeing implementation of select improvement initiatives

The capacity required would be 3-4 days / week for 2-3 months subject to extension.

Skills Required

* Understanding of the operations of a manufacturing plant
* Experience in the pharma / chemical industry is a must
* Critical thinking and analytical skills
* Ability to lead a team
