Assignment Details

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with prior experience of working with a leading online logistics platform to work with our consulting team on an ongoing engagement.

The expert would be required to -
1. Help us think through the key technology and product choices that are critical for a logistics solution
2. Identify the key stakeholders - truckers , enterprises/clients - and guide the team on the most important considerations that will determine customer experience for each
3. Guide the business and technology teams on implementation of specific modules of the product from a UI/UX and technology point of view while keeping in mind needs of the business and also features that will make the platform stay differentiated
4. Guidance in detailing out new product features – from conceptualising, to developing the business case to detailing out the detailed functionality
5. Building interactions and experience as reference points as well as feedback from customers and clients
6. Resolve user pain points by improving functionality and driving resolution of product issues by ensuring weekly platform testing sessions
7. Help think through the right metrics to track the health and efficacy of the platform

This role is based in Mumbai.

Skills Required

1. Experience of having played senior product and/or technology roles with a a leading online logistics platform
2. Experience of designing and overseeing the build of an online platform from scratch would be a plus
3. Combination of an understanding of product, technology as well as business requirements
4. Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
5. Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
