Assignment Details

The client is looking to hire a HR consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and administer various HR programs.
- Draft and revise job classification specifications.
- Develop HR training programs and teache courses.
- Research, analyze data, and prepare quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions, and current program goals and progress.
- Develop, review and revise program policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and counsel to department heads, managers and staff on updating and interpreting programs.
- Represent the department with the board, related agencies and the public.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

The project is 4 months long and requires full time capacity from a remote location.

Candidates with 4-7 years of experience can apply.
