A top tier consulting firm is looking for a communication specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Overall programme management support and coordination of road safety advocacy initiatives (campaigns, education) under the programme.
- Undertake proposal evaluation (advocacy / campaign related KPI proposals from States)
- Provide support to MoRTH for monitoring and evaluation aspects of the programme (liaise with state stakeholders, independent verification agency and oversee development of the M&E framework) for initiatives under advocacy.
- Lead development of the standard guidelines and SOPs for campaign deployment along with highlighting best practices to states where necessary.
- Support to MoRTH for programme fund coordination and grant administration including facilitation for all advocacy and campaign proposals and in fund approval processes in MoRTH where applicable.
- Technical support and capacity building support to MoRTH under the programme on aspects related to road safety advocacy.
- Help in writing blogs, feature stories, conducting webinars for knowledge dissemination
- At least 5 years of experience in road safety education and associated public awareness campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education and public awareness campaign, social science, or related fields; and strong proficiency in English and at least 1 local language.
- Prior experience of rolling out at least 2 road safety related campaigns across India including experience on social/digital media campaigns.
