Assignment Details

Our client, a mission- driven technology enabled aging-in-place platform that enables seniors to get access to a healthier, hassle-free, and active life in the comfort of their homes is looking for a consultant to drive business growth for developing strategic go to market plans for the new program launches.
• Growth Driven
o Develop go-to- market plans for the new program launches.
o Support geographic expansion of the brand regionally and nationally.
o Jointly work with the senior management to chalk out a Digital B2C growth strategy and business plan to meet company’s goal.
• P&L Accountability
o Build capabilities to manage sales and delivery (P&L owner for the vertical).
o Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM and other internal teams to identify and support growth opportunities.
• Target Orientation
o Achieving monthly & quarterly growth targets across all marketing channels with strict timeline driven performance culture.
• Digital Lead Gen.
o Organise wide-ranging outreach campaigns/sponsorships to raise awareness for our brand and product.
o Organise and hosting awesome events (online and offline) that creates buzz.
o Ideate and implement digital campaigns for lead generation and build strong pipeline on prospects.

Skills Required

1. Expertise
- Seasoned Digital Sales and Marketing expert with 8+years experience preferably from B2C Sales
- MBA from Tier 1 institute- IIT / IIM / BITs Pilani with specialization in Marketing/Sales and must have start-up experience
- Mandate experience from fast moving start-ups preferably service side / subscription based digital first companies
- Expertise in setting up B2C and various other sales and marketing processes with deep experience of working on CRMs and should be a process oriented individual.
- Possess a consistent track record of exceeding performance goals, while not compromising on quality.

2. Leadership Skills
- Handling and mentoring the team with timely execution of projects / deliveries taken up. -Keep a proper check on behavioral aspects of each individual in team

3. Strategic
- Uncover and leverage new growth hacks and opportunities to accelerate user growth.
- Possess strong analytical skills for complex problem solving
- Possess a go getter attitude and looks to find solutions rather than focusing on
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
