Assignment Details

Our client, a mission- driven technology enabled aging-in-place platform that enables seniors to get access to a healthier, hassle-free, and active life in the comfort of their homes is looking for Head of Technology to drive the Strategic plan for the technical
product development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Direction:
- Set technical direction for product development, create & execute a strategic plan, identify the exact resources necessary to put into action and oversee the entire process from start to finish.
Mentorship:
-Provide regular mentorship, upgrade the knowledge and build a team that attracts investors & create a product that delights end user.
-Understand skills & capabilities the development team needs and identify these in potential hires.
Technology Stack:
-Help in providing the tech stack to the team they need to build the
product & guide overall technical vision, understand and de-brief the requirement of a project to actual executors.
Company representation:
-Provide a face & personality to represent the technical endeavors.
-Representing the startup extends to engaging in speaking opportunities, conferences, and even appearing in written publications to show & its work.

Skills Required

1. Pedigree – IIT (B.Tech – Computer Science), MBA from tier 1 will be an added skill.
2. Excellent comm and presentable skills.
3. Should be an expert in – React native & Node Js
4. Prior relevant experience of 7+ years
5. Mandate experience from fast-moving start-ups preferably service side / subscription-based digital-first companies focussing on B2C customer acquisition.
6. Exposure to the product side will be an added advantage.
