Assignment Details

Our client, a tech start up in the AI space, is looking to engage with Content Curator to lead and drive the content strategy for the platform.

Responsibilities -
• Lead the organization’s learning content efforts as well as support in development of the platform content
• Curate engaging and effective learning and development curricula and materials across targeted domains
• Establish guidelines for content curation and supervise team to deliver as per established standards and targets
• Review quality of content created by team, coordinate with SME leads to finalize curriculum and related assessments
• Bring best on class practices on e-learning majors and consult/ coordinate with other firms to drive content collaboration/ partnerships
• Review existing content and platform feedback and modify/ update/ revise content

The project requires part time and remote support from the consultant for a duration for 3 months (extendable).

Skills Required

• Prior experience designing and developing interactive e-learning courses Previous experience with LMS or LCMS required
• Solid experience in Learning and Development, Training, Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum Development preferred
• Thorough knowledge of content design and development process. Exposure to content development/ curation in tech/ data science/ AI desirable
• Ability to manage a high-volume body of work and maintain a commitment to excellence
• Ability to remain detailed-oriented and focused while meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication skills
• Adult Learning principles
• Visual learning aesthetic
• Ownership and focus on results
• People leadership skills
