Our client is a tech-enabled network of experts, speakers and thought leaders. The client is engaged by business organizations, academic institutions, associations and investment management companies to access curated experts for forum-based knowledge sessions or one-on-one discussions both online and offline.
Currently they are looking to engage with a Learning Solutions Architect to streamline the content on their platform and to provide the customers with customized solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Understand and preempts client specific learning requirements and suggests customized solutions.
•Own the strategy and vision for how we improve our content and to keep bad content off our platform.
•Develop requirements for new safety features, products to detect and stop abuse on the platform.
•Have a hands-on approach to content developing specs and perform design reviews.
•Create clarity in requirements, embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time.
•Define and analyze metrics to assess the success of products and communicate with all stakeholders.
•Engage directly with internal customers and partners to integrate feedback and extrapolate customer benefit for improved product plans.
•Develop and maintain business relationships with key functional and divisional partners. Strong alignment with the Business Partnering team.
•Drive the Learning Solutions Key Account Strategy & develop/execute key account / business development plans
•Maintain and enhance knowledge of Learning Solutions’ services, products, strategy, positioning, key messages, programs and customers
•The person will be responsible for designing customized programs and learning solutions for our business clients.
