Role and Responsibilities -
1. To call the list of probable business leads provided by the client and to convey the product details.
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
5. Resolve customer queries over the call and email and assist the customers in all possible ways.
6. Achieve the assigned target
- Prior experience in Telesales
- Strong, demonstrated people management skills
- Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
