Assignment Details

We are a funded B2C Healthcare startup and aggressively expanding. We are looking for a seasoned HR consultant with who can help us craft and HR Policy framework for the organization.

The consultant will be responsible for:

1. Helping us think through the frameworks and policies we need to ensure employee engagement, as well as regulatory compliance

2. Helping refine and craft the policies needed

3. Helping think through the employee related processes and systems required and how those can be put in place

4. Sharing input on recruitment and selection strategies (as needed)

5. Providing advice on a performance management framework for the company and helping develop a basic plan for the same

6. Sharing input on a potential compensation and benefits approach for the venture

The start-up is based out of Hyderabad and the project will require a combination of onsite/remote support

Skills Required

1. Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures for start-ups or companies with up to 200 employees

2. Knowledge of the best practice in core HR processes (performance management, employee engagement, recruitment etc)

3. Experience in advising on employee agreements, benefits and terms of employment

4. Thorough understanding of Labor Laws (both Central & State laws) in India

5. Experience in providing advice and support to senior managers on strategic matters

6. Verbal & written communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group
