Assignment Details

Our client, a company focused on automating the design of optimal target operating models for financial services firms, is looking for a Business Development Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Transform firm's business processes
2. Meet potential clients to determine technical and business requirements
3. Sell additional products and services to existing customers
4. Assist the company in acquiring new customers and identify new leads and potential new markets
5. Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
6. Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
7. Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
8. Understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and the company
9. Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s

This role might get converted into full-time employment based on mutual interest and understanding. It requires travelling to Hyderabad when required.

Skills Required

1. Socially adept and good with numbers
2. Able to provide quality insights to the sales team
3. Strong communication and IT fluency
4. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
5. Must have experience in cross selling and pre-sales
