A Private Equity Firm
Our client, a private equity firm, is looking to engage with a Sales Consultant to work with the sales team to drive the sales acceleration initiatives and centrally PMO progress.
Work involves:
1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
5. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
6.. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
7. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
This project requires on-site support in Gurgaon for the duration of 6 months.
1. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
3. Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
6. Proven ability to position products against competitors.
7. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
