Assignment Details

Our client is looking to develop a digital roadmap for next 3-5 years for each of the functional areas – Products, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and Finance. The objective is to develop a good list of use cases based on business needs and technology feasibility in line with our already defined business strategy.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Help to understand leadership’s needs, and guide them to areas to focus upon.
- Can challenge the leadership and facilitate a good thinking session and eventually help us with a funnel of projects for next 3-5 years.
- Assess the current state on digital and help guide us to set a target state and set up metrics to measure the maturity.

This is a short project lasting only 2-3 weeks, in June-July 2022. Also, this project is on-site, so the consultant would need to be present in Mumbai.

Skills Required

- A consulting background, with hands-on experience in driving transformation initiatives in corporates would be ideal. Heads of transformation/Digital from prominent companies may also apply.
- Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client-oriented digital solutions.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and build trusted relationships.
- Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.
