Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, is looking to engage with a Consultant - Contract & Documentation who will perform the following set of responsibilities:
1. Understand the various documentation that is required for our projects.
2. Gather the documents from respective programme managers.
3. Validate the documentation for sufficiency of purpose. Seek supplementary information if necessary.
4. Checking documents with respect to the contracts being drawn to ensure compliance.
5. Some market/internet search may be necessary to gather relevant details. For this guidance will be given by our program team.
Note: This is a 2- months part time engagement (approximately 175 hours of work may be necessary over these 2 months) and at least one visit per week will be required to the client's office in Mumbai.
- Rest of the work can be done remotely and on VC meetings. Depending on the output, additional visits to office may be required.
* The consultant should have some experience of managing Program related documentation.
* Should be able to understand contract related terms and basic legal requirement.
* Having experience in a grant making institution (as staff or consultant) is preferable.
* CA qualification preferred.
