Assignment Details

Our client a leading non-profit social enterprise committed to health and joy for all focuses on improving the well-being of the poor by providing a range of affordable and high-quality primary-preventive health services. They are looking to engage with a consultant for Grant management and fund-raising.

1.Develop an understanding of the existing healthcare service model including primary healthcare service delivery, medical centre, yoga institute & wellness centre) through careful research and analysis of all initiatives.
2.Understand how major stakeholders (senior management, technical team, field team& donors) are thinking about the social enterprise’s goal generally and in reference to specific initiatives, through interaction & discussion with these stakeholders.
3.Prepare pitch deck on model of Wellness and Preventive Healthcare integrated with the Healthcare Services and Health Financing Networks
4.Review & refine enterprise’s delivery performance note.
5.Develop accurate benchmarks& provide inputs on best practices & sustainable & efficient model for the healthcare delivery
6.Detail out every aspect of the enterprise service model prior to fundraising meetings.
7.Write concept papers and proposals to secure funding for the enterprise initiatives.
8.Create precise documents, pitch that communicate the need of a healthcare system to access quality services at affordable rates.
9.Participating in problem solving sessions with senior and program leaders to develop the right approaches for fund raising from corporates & donors

Skills Required

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred.
•Hands-on experience in developing proposals in healthcare delivery, development or related sector
•Prior experience of preparing pitch documents for raising funds from donors & corporates.
•Excel proficiency. 3+ years of experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial models.
•Excellent spoken and written communication skills; experience working collaboratively with the team
•Experience within Development Sector preferably healthcare
