Assignment Details

Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking to engage with a Senior Strategy Consultant who can help them with an Impact Evaluation of their past work that can help inform future strategic choices and provide guidance on how to understand their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document the theory of change that underpins the company's work across all its
different initiatives.
2. Provide a framework including detailed metrics to assess the impact of the company's work in its different workstreams.
3. Identify what data/procedures can be used to assess impact against each metric in the impact framework.
4. Suggest a pathway to collect data on parameters for which data is not currently
available.
5. Provide actionable inputs into the process of refreshing the company’s strategy for the next 5-year cycle.
6. Provide a summary of the company’s current impact by collating existing data against the impact framework.

Please Note: Senior Consultant will have a full-time associate supporting them and providing leverage.

Skills Required

1. Consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm.
2. Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.
3. Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis.
4. Exposure to the social/philanthropic sector.
5. The candidate should have experience in project management & business planning.
6. Would be required to demonstrate logical thinking, good numeric abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
