The consultant will be required to:
1. Support the implementation of an employee-led learning strategy, ensuring the competency framework, assessment centre, learning plans and learning offerings all align and meet both individual and organisational needs.
2. Establish and embed learning KPIs to evaluate and report on learning and organisational development programmes/events, including the investment in terms of hours, costs, etc and their outcomes.
3. Support managers in the development of individual learning plans for new joiners and as part of the ongoing performance and development cycle for existing staff.
4. Support the ongoing provision of management and leadership development initiatives, including coaching and mentoring, that will enhance current and potential capability throughout the organisation.
5. Embed effective communication and consultation processes to build staff engagement and promote learning and development opportunities across the organisation, maximising participation and ensuring a high return on investment.
6. Populate and refine the RTT LMS with courses/workshops/information developed in-house or externally as required, and manage the relationship with the LMS technical support provider.
7. Support the Organisational Effectiveness and Change Team in furthering the OD agenda. Provide other services as agreed in writing between the Executive Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Change and the Consultant
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with the team and individually
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the best practice on recruitment and selection
- Experience in interpreting, advising and drafting such agreements and procedures
