Our client, a leading HR consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record observations and evaluations for each candidate, ensuring consistency and objectivity in assessments.
- Deliver detailed and constructive feedback to candidates, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement based on their performance.
- Contribute to the design and development of assessment center exercises and materials, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Prepare assessment reports summarizing candidate performance and making recommendations for hiring or development purposes.
Duration- 3 months
Capacity- 2 days a week on need basis on client requirement
Location – Bangalore
- Relevant experience between 7 to 20 years
- Critical skill in Assessment centers as an assessor
- Previous experience as an assessor in assessment centers or related talent assessment activities.
- Strong understanding of competency-based assessment methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
