Assignment Details

Our client provides organizational and human resource consulting services to large multinational firms and Indian corporates across areas like HR strategy, structure and policies, organization design, performance & talent management, employee diagnostics and rewards.
They are looking for an independent consultant with HRBP experience who can deliver the following responsibilities:

- Serve as HR Head/ Lead for small organizations in a part-time deployment model
- Project Execution
- Client Engagement
- Strategic HR Advisory
- Engaging with heads of department.

Please note :
The project location is in Delhi and would require a capacity of 2-3 days a week. (including onsite deployment as required)

Skills Required

- Tier-1/2 MBA (HR) - preferably from XLRI/ TISS/ MDI/ Symbiosis/ IMT
- 8-10 yrs experience with at least 5+ yrs as HRBP
- Outstanding communication skills
- Resourcefulness with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated Leadership or strong leadership potential
- Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to establish credibility with clients, peers and other stakeholders
