Our client, a news and gaming start up is looking to engage with a Human Resource Consultant having a experience across the domains of the HR function and Talent Acquisition.
The consultant would be expected to advise and drive initiatives in the following arenas:
1. Provide support in fulfilling 15-20 tech requirements.
2. Source, Identify and interview for tech positions.
3. Initiate and maintain relationships with vendors, including creation of college relations programs and campus recruitment but also explore new methods to identify , source, evaluate, and build pipeline candidates for talents.
4. Set the standard of excellence for the team in relation to candidate care, hiring manager relationships, quality, communication and compliance.
The project might get extended to support on other HR functions basis performance and mutual interest
1. Proven experience in the Talent Acquisition space
2. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
3 Experience of working in Internet tech start-ups/companies rather than IT services.
