Assignment Details

Our client, a new personal care startup, is looking to engage with a Consultant- Senior Executive to become a part of their board to work on launching a German Personal care brand manufactured in Seoul.

Key Responsibilities:

- Helping the client in launching the project;
- Preparing key KPIs, business plans, policies for the company;
- Planning financials and financial modelling for the client;
- Working on fundraising for launching the project;
- Working on strategic pricing/brand P&L;
- Working on marketing and promotional activities;
- Knowledge of market research and implementing marketing strategies;
- Participating in the evaluation of business operations and executives.
- Working with international stakeholders and international markets for the successful launch of the project.

Skills Required

- Proven track record in an executive leadership role;
- Previous board experience preferred;
- Knowledge of the organisation and the relevant industry;
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills;
- Extensive experience in catering to the international market;
- Knowledge of FMCG/ personal care is preferable.
