Assignment Details

Our client is a multinational professional services firm. They are looking to engage with consultants who have experience in Rewards/Compensation and also a strong foundation in MS Excel and Statistics.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Support in developing rewards packages for employees in line with global framework
- Plan transition conversations & ensure organisation preparedness from a comp & rewards perspective
- Support all our markets (global) in designing rewards packages for all roles in line with global framework & local compliance needs ( will provide local contacts to help with legal & regulatory compliance need

Please note: Bangalore and Gurgaon location only

Skills Required

- Strong foundation in MS Excel and Statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Superior organisational and time management skills
