Assignment Details
1. To review and modify existing policies and procedures and suitably modify them to bring improvement.
2. Develop SOPs & WIs for each activity under FMS.
3. Remodeling the Safety & Security Management by bringing in professionalism and ensure that the Operating Philosophy is technology, process and intelligence-driven and not only manpower deployment dependent.
4. Develop a quarterly feedback system and monthly MIS of all the services to track the standard
5. Development of fire-fighting teams and emergency preparedness, managing fire hydrant systems.
6. Training & developing the team in their revised area of work so that they become experts in their domain.
7. Improve the current Guest Management Services through training of the responsible staff and supervisors.
8. To take up new project development
The consultant will have to work out of Hooghly district, Kolkata, and the factory of the client is located in Dankuni. The project may get extended at the discretion of the client.
Skills Required
1. The consultant should have a background in defense.
2. The consultant should have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
3. The consultant should have prior relevant experience in administration.
