Assignment Details

Our Client, in chemical manufacturing specialty with multiple manufacturing sites across India, is looking to engage with a HR (talent acquisition) manager to drive their recruitment efforts across India.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Determine current staffing needs
2) Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
3) Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
4) Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
5) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
6) Assist in employee retention and development
7) Supervise recruiting personnel
8) Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Skills Required

1) Prior experience as talent acquisition manager
2) Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
3) Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
4) Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
5) Excellent oral and written communication skills
