Assignment Details

Our client a leading Wellness and Fitness services firm is looking to engage with a Consultant. Their current fitness mobile app is below the first quartile of customer retention in comparison to peer apps. We are looking to engage consultants who can help us improve to the top quartile. Retention is calculated as Engagement after Day 1, Day 7 and Day
2
8. We use google firebase in backend coupled with mail chimp and one signal.

Duration: 2 months
Capacity: 8-10 hours per week
Location: Remote

Skills Required

-Experience with →Email Marketing, Push Notification, In-App Messaging
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Understands Customer Retention, focused on bringing back customers to the app and retaining the existing ones.
- Has worked with developers in the past and with exp on Digital marketing and campaigns and social media marketing
