Our client, a leading waste management and recycling company is looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant to add more value to the management presentation. The plastics recycling service line will be rolled out in multiple geographies over the next 3 years. Targeted geographies are South Africa, Morocco, India, KSA, UAE, and Oman. They are looking at having 1 business plan per market and 1 global Business Plan that could be a consolidated one. To engage with potential lenders and to get board approval, they need to put the business plan in proper written format.
Key responsibilities:
- Market research when needed
- Developing business plan materials (PowerPoint IM or word project report) to be shared internally (board approval) and externally (partners, lenders).
- Review, improve and keep management presentation up to date.
- Review market research data sanity
- Ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in market research.
- Strong knowledge of statistics.
