Assignment Details

Our client, a venture studio cum micro VC firm, supports early-stage companies and drives innovation in the fields of Fintech, Applied Cryptography, Gametech, Tech Infra, and related areas. They are looking to engage with a Research and Strategy Associate to work on some new business ideas.

Key responsibilities:
i) Conduct comprehensive market research (primary and secondary) on the business idea and evaluate its commercial viability.
ii) Assess current resources flow on the concept, identifying pain points, preferences, and areas for improvement.
iii) Assess market potential, competitive landscape, and business models to conclude the concept.
iv) Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for product development and refinement.

Capacity: Full time
Remote for 2 months which can be further extended to 2 months

Skills Required

- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Technology or a related discipline).
- At Least 4+ yrs experience in Research based consulting projects
- Proven experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, startups, and emerging technologies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools/software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
