Our client, a Leading Luggage Manufacturer from India is looking to engage with a consultant to help a Lean Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in enabling complexity reduction for processes via lean applications, establishing current scenarios of processes and realistic benchmarks to achieve toward simplifying/improving such processes.
Responsibilities -
- Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
- Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.
- Oversee multiple program and project managers and the programs they are executing.
- Ensure professional program management techniques and tools are used to manage programs and projects through coaching and mentoring
- At least 6-8 years of work experience in lean led process improvements
In depth understanding of and subject matter expertise in lean methodologies
- Prior FMCG experience will be preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Six Sigma Black Belt professional certification, or similar.
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert in lean methodologies
- 10-15 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.
