Assignment Details

Our client a leading telecom products manufacturers is looking for a Fiber Rollout Expert

Specific Responsibilities Include :

- Should act as a sounding board to the internal leadership, execution team bringing
in thought leadership with good blend of execution on ground
- To help client bring in best practices within India and outside India.
- To guide and advice the client with respect to Machine Ecosystem in areas of :

* Execution Methodologies and Best practices for underground and
aerial fiber deployment in city (FTTX. City access and cross country Network
deployments)
* Suitability of machines in various kind of geographies.
* Operational part of the machine used.
* Specific machines used for city deployments.

- Knowledge about different soil strata and the corresponding machine required for
such strata.
- To understand the Partner Engagement processes, Operational dynamics and
Development in a Partner Ecosystem
- Providing insight regarding the ROW process for fibre rollout

Skills Required

- Subject Matter Expert in terms of Fiber Deployment
- Should have engineering degree specifically in Civil Mechanical streams
- Industry relevant experience either in Indian/ International Telco’s, Infrastructure
service provider or similar industry ( For e.g. Oil and Gas Industry)
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of the E2E Fibre deployment methodology
- Should have good analytical skills pertaining to cost/ operations and Man-
Machine Productivity.
