Our client, a media technology company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help them in driving the talent acquisition function & end to end recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Develop recruitment plan and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
3. Develop & execute end to end recruitment process
4. Determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
5. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Duration: 4 months (Extendable)
Capacity- Full time
Location – North Bangalore - Hybrid (remote & onsite)
- 7 to 9 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Prior experience of working in recruitment space, an agency or a consulting firm.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management from a premier institute
- Knowledge of social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
