Assignment Details

Our client, a leading tax and advisory firm is looking to engage with a Procurement and Inventory/Warehouse Management expert professional to primarily manage the below functions for their client-

Procurement -
1.Establish, drive and institutionalize the Sourcing strategy for various categories
2.Establish, drive and institutionalize the S2C and P2P processes
3.Establish, drive and institutionalize the appropriate checks and control mechanisms
4.Establish, drive and institutionalize the product traceability (source to sale/return/expiry)

Inventory Management & Warehouse Management-
1.Creation of high-level inventory model based on the assortment plan and GM model output.
2.Creation and calculation of required storage space in WH, Staging Area & Stores based on the product mix finalized.
3.Category level inventory levels expected, no. of floor positions, average days of inventory on hand and expected no. of inventory turns.
4.Space availability: no. of racking positions, no. of floor positions no. of floor position equivalents.
5.Review the Density and utilization levels.

Project Location - Tirupati
Project Duration - 4 Months maybe also extended to a 12 months engagement.
Capacity Required - Full Time / On-site

Skills Required

* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.
* Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
* Experience in collecting and analyzing data
* Strong leadership capabilities
* Good communication skills
