Our client is an industry leader in developing supply chain design software for the E-commerce Industry. As they plan to grow in North America, they are looking for bright and talented candidates who enjoy problem solving and want to create next generation of supply chain software utilizing artificial intelligence, machine learning and cloud computing techniques.
About the role:
This role is with the client's consulting practice and is a client facing role. The candidate should be able to facilitate discussions with the client, define the problem concisely and hypothesize proposed solution, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive the proposed solution. He/she should be able
to consolidate the findings from the analysis and develop a plan to implement the changes. In addition, he/she should be able to support business development activities such as pursuit development and production of white papers.
Skills Required
- BTech / BE from a reputed college
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
- Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
- Data analytics skills – SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
- Experience in industrial operations/ supply chain /logistics
Preferred Qualifications -
- MBA from a reputed college
- Consulting experience
- Prior experience with supply chain network design tools (e.g. JDA Supply Chain Strategist, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru)
