Assignment Details

Our client, a leading startup in the Developers Community is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities
i) Sourcing and attracting talent in the tech domain (product-based startups).
ii) Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
iii) Schedule interviews for candidates and work closely with recruiters to design the candidate experience
iv) Help track candidate progress from initial contact through the offer
v) Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references

The project will be for a duration of 2 months (extendable)

Skills Required

-Must have experience in recruiting candidates for startups
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
-Ideally an engineer themselves, if not, experience filtering engineering talent for startups.
