Assignment Details

Our client, a start up in Online Gaming, would like to engage with a Consultant to help design revenue maximization and CAC optimization for a short term duration of 2-3 weeks duration.

Key responsibilities:
1. The consultant to find the bridge between ARPU of $1/MAU/year (e.g., ad-revenue based news aggregators like Dailyhunt, Sharechat etc.) vs. $3/MAU/year (FB) vs. $4/MAU/year (more premium news aggregators)?
2. Benchmarking: ARPU, sales org structures, agency deals, ad formats, sales GTM, branding vs. performance mktg.
3. Assess the shifts or the change between display & video, direct & network.
4. To check what is next beyond video-gaming etc.
5. Asess the various levers to maximize ad realization in an ad-revenue based business.
6. Consultant to find the right set of advertisers and publishers a business should onboard.
7. Differentiate programmatic selling & types vs Direct selling.
8. Find ways to build a sustainable & profitable Ad revenue business in India.
9. Research a path to building client’s own DSP, ways how the landscape has evolved, major DSPs exist in India today, DSPs failed or got acquired. Type of investment required Build vs Buy vs White label.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of statistics
-Ability to interpret research findings for multiple audiences
