Assignment Details

Our client, a leading learning & skilling venture, is looking for independent consultants in the Business Analyst function who can help them deliver the following responsibilities :

- To act as the bridge between product management team and customers and help customers on solutioning
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Problem Solving: Delve deep into ongoing operations and find long-term structural solutions to problems

Skills Required

- Seasoned BA with 8+ years of experience in IT industry who has worked on implementing complex IT products
- IT developer experience in pre-BA career + BA experience post MBA ideal
- Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
