Our client, a leading learning & skilling venture, is looking for independent consultants in the Customer Success- Process Specialist function who can help them deliver the following responsibilities :
- Develop an onboarding playbook for customers at scale.
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Understand how products implement and roll out processes across company
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Exposure in c and Customer Success a must
- Someone who has got more than 5 years of experience in this role.
- Experience in communications, account management, or customer success.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
