Assignment Details

Our client a leading ship management company is looking for a consultant to help design and recommend a pricing strategy and develop a working pricing model based on client business context, competitor bench-marking and end customer value creation as the three major levers of influence on pricing.

The consultant would be required to:
• Suggest the pricing best practices that can guide revenue sharing arrangements within two or more departments within the client organization.
• Provide market validated strategies and pricing ranges for the specific services offered by the client (through secondary and primary research techniques)
• Prepare a spread sheet pricing model and train team member on its usage

The end deliverable of the consultant would be to design a final strategy document with a working spread sheet pricing model and submit the same by 31st Dec.

Skills Required

• Strategy consultant in a top tier consulting firm
• Rich experience in developing pricing strategies for organizations serving an international market
• MBA/ CA with at least 4-5 years of strategy consulting experience and at least 2-3 engagements that are similar in nature to the project on offer
