Our client a leading India-based think tank, is looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition consultant who can perform the following responsibilities-
- Drive conversions through resume screening, short-listing candidates, maintaining the sourcing database; Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews
- Ensure the right match between candidate and job requirement
- Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Making offers and negotiating
- Ensuring joining of candidates selected
- Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools
- Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in system
- Creating strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles
- Managing background verification, on-boarding /KYC documentation, induction of new joiners and asset management
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in non-for-profit sector is preferred
- Good interviewing and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint and designing of MIS reports
