An independent wind energy company exclusively focused on the development, financing, construction, ownership and operation of utility-scale wind energy projects in India

Assignment Details

We are looking for a senior HR consultant who can advise and support us on the following key priorities

- Identifying and helping establish the key HR practices needed for a high-growth company with a start-up culture

- Helping us think through the right organisation structure as we scale, including roles and responsibilities for key roles

- Review our day-to-day HR operations (e.g., payroll, leave policy) and policies and help refine our processes and structure how the team should deliver these

- Identifying the right partners to help the company hire and structuring an effective recruitment process for the next 6 months - 1 year

- Working closely with the CEO and top management to address people issues and assist in other HR related matters such as setting of annual objectives and performance reviews etc

This is a 6 month assignment where the consultant is expected to devote 2-3 days a week to provide this support.

Skills Required

1. Extensive knowledge of core HR policies, systems and practices
2. Experience with being an HRBP and interpreting, advising and implementing HR policies in conjunction with business
3. Verbal & written communication skills to communicate with diverse client stakeholders in India and Europe
4 Experience in designing organisation structure and policies for a fast growing company or a start up would be a plus
5 Experience in designing and implementing organisation culture and
communication programs
